Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 1/2 scoops (66.7g) with 12 ounces of cold water or juice. Drink 2-3 servings daily for 4 days, then maintain with 1 serving daily. While using a creatine supplement, be sure to consume ample amounts of water (ideally 120 oz a day) to avoid dehydration. Keep out of the reach of children.

- For example: If you order on Monday at 10am CST your order will ship that day... if the above ground chart indicates that your order will arrive in 2 business days then you would have your order on Wednesday.

- If you order on Friday after the 10am CST cut-off time your order wouldn't ship until Monday.
