Although Micellean™ is still the most advanced protein supplement available, I’ve been overwhelmed with excitement because our research and development team has completed production of some truly great protein discoveries. VPX New-Age Protein’s Unleashed
The proteins and protein microfractions within ZIP™ all have unique characteristics far beyond what is currently available. Exercise and intense training weakens the immune system, consequently, following heavy or prolonged workouts, there is an increased risk of becoming ill. For example, I am personally aware , as are most persons involved in weight training, that if you perform an intense leg workout with heavy squats, lunges, leg presses, stiff leg deadlifts, leg curls, leg extensions and hack squats, that the next day has to be a day of rest and recuperation or sickness is sure to follow. As most athletes know, when you become ill it takes several weeks before your body can recover and re-acclimate to your previous strength, size and endurance condition. Human Immuno™ Protein helps to lower this risk with immune proteins that are capable of neutralizing a broad spectrum of pathogens which help enhance your immune system. This protein also contains natural micronutrients that help to control the tissue damaged caused by inflammation. The reduction of tissue damage during exercise shortens the recovery period following exercise, which allows more frequent intense workouts and more rapid size and strength gains.
In just two to three weeks clinical studies showed how this specialized protein kicks the immune system into high gear.(3). Twenty highly trained, non-seasonal, distance runners who had been consistently running for three or more years were recruited to participate in a double-blind placebo-controlled trial. Runners were randomized into Human Immuno™ Milk (n=10) and control milk (n=8) groups. They drank the milks daily for a period of six months. Runners were asked to record their performance, recovery times, training satisfaction, and other comments in daily diaries. Additionally, blood samples were collected for clinical chemistry including creatine kinas (CK), an enzymatic marker of muscle breakdown. After the six month treatment period, 75% of the Human Immuno™ Milk runners reported overall improvement in training and racing versus 20% of the runners on control milk. “Overall improvement” correlated with improvement in recovery times between training and racing episodes. Blood samples collected before and after competitive races were analyzed for CK as an index of muscle recovery. Twenty-four hour post race CK activity was decreased significantly over time (p = 0.003) in the Human Immuno™ Milk runners but showed no change in control milk runners, demonstrating a steady improvement in muscle recovery throughout the six-month study period. These findings provide laboratory verification that milk containing Human Immuno™ Protein has the effect of reducing muscle damage and enhancing recovery following strenuous exercise.
Further, Human Immuno™ Protein provides a real advantage of the serious athletic because it reduces muscle pain and inflammation by blocking the concentration of immune cells around the injured muscles. This allows for a harder workout and shorter recovery period.
Several Patents protect the ultra filtration processing technology that is utilized to engineer this specialized protein in order to preserve the natural antibodies and anti-inflammatory micronutrients during processing.
